In Response To: Polar Spas (-)

Well it looks like there are a few that are slightly upset about their purchase. Wellll, my wife and I bought our 715 model here in Red Deer and love it. The staff here have been nothing but patient and helpful (thanks Rochelle, your the best). One example is that I needed something fixed on the skirting of our tub. A technician could have come out, but with a couple of tips, I was able to quickly fix the problem. I find that those types of little tips are a form of GREAT customer service. We got a GREAT price on our tub, use it most every night and I know a few others who have bought from Polar Spas. Those that complain that they do not get a Tech. RIGHT AWAY should maybe look at that in a positive way, meaning that Polar Spas is very busy selling tubs or making deliveries that it may take awhile to answer your questions. That also means that they are doing GREAT business!!! Also, take care of your tub like anything else and it will take care of you. Face it things break down and rest assured that these tubs are made to stand up to alll kinds of weather, etc... We are just sooo excited about our purchase, especially since I have a few back problems and we both are on our feet alot. It is soooo relaxing to go out and spend an hour in the hot tub. Have confidence in Polar Spas. If I could sell these myself, I would in a heart beat. Thanks again Polar Spas for treating yet another customer like they are one of a kind. We will be back for repeat business. :)

  • Have you encountered any problems, and if so, how were they resolved?
