We purchased our spa about a month ago. We upgraded from a Sundance Tango(2 person) to the Gulf Coast LX11000. What a great tub! With 67 chrome jets, 3 pumps, waterfall, great color selection(we chose sage), what's not to love! This tub seats 6 people comfortably with 2 captains chairs and a lounger included. The pumps work very well and the ozonator is also a great feature. The only thing different that I would have liked to see on this tub is that I wish that the larger jets were interchangable. Some jets on this tub you can switch around but not all of them. We also got the multi colored light kit for the tub and installing it was extemely easy. It's very fun for parties! We have had no experience with the 24/7 tech support yet, but we heard from numorous sources that it is very good.
