My wife and I recently purchased a hot tub from our local dealer. We had been looking at tubs for about a year and have seen many styles. We talked with the owner, and found he was the only dealer that did not critisize the competition. He explained the features of this unit thoroughly to us so we could easily understand and allowed us to make our oun decision without the typical sales pressure that we found from other dealers. He also told us of the experienced service techs, and that was important to us. The tub came in earlier than expected and the staff aranged on short notice for its delivery. The tub was set up and runs flawlessly. I have returned a couple of times to ask questions, and they were more than willing to go out of their way to help me. I found them very knowledgeable about their product and they stood by their word. We have looked at a lot of other units and nothing compares in that price range to what we have. We are truly impressed with this product, the service, and the honesty we received from start to finish. Thank you.
