In Response To: Coast Spas (-)

We are senior citizens, we purchase a spa for medical reasons.

The results from being in the spa lives up to our expectations, however, the spa has leaked from the day it was delivered from Las Vegas, Diamond Coast Spa. Upon delivery, they filled the spa. There were visable leaks on the control valves. The delivery men told us they couldn't fix the leaks, they would have to call a service rep. to do the repair. For three weeks after delivery, we continued to call informing them the leak was still needing attention, and water was leaking on the floor and pouring out the walls of our newly built special addition we errected to enclose the spa. We were told not to use the spa until the repair service arrived. When repair service arrived, the service tech said he found and repaired the leaks. The service tech. said the foam would eventually dry out and the floor would dry up. The floor did appear to be drying, but we began using the spa again the spa began to leak again. The floor is now wetter than ever, we are changing towels on the floor twice to three times a day. Water is pooring out the walls and going outside. We are a two months with a new spa now, and we can't use it to it's fullest extent. They told us they need the water in the spa in order to find the leaks! When we call to find out what they are doing about sending a service rep, we do not get prompt return calls. When and if we do get a return call, it's the same song and dance...we are sorry, we were not aware of the problem. I'll find out the problem and we will fix it. Then they do not call back. Finally, a service rep called and left a message on our answering service that he can be here in two weeks. This is not acceptable to us. We have a leak. The water is keeping us from completing the construction of our addition, and is ruining the wood on the walls and the spa. Immediately, after listening to the message, we left a message to Diamond Coast Spa in Las Vegas 1335 E. Sunset Road, telling them to either fix it or take it out of here.

We have owned our spa for approximately two months.

We hope that Diamond Coast Spa will stand by their word and repair the spa. We will keep this site posted as to our progress.
