My husband and I purchased our Polar Spa last year. The spa has met every expectation we had and more. I am please to say that I purchased my spa at Polar Spas and would recommend the spa to anyone. The staff at Polar Spas were very helpful in helping us make our choice on which spa to purchase (i.e explaining the difference in size, jets, efficency etc) and have been nothing but friendly and execeptional in our needs after we purchased our spa. I can not comment on the service as we have had no problems with our spa, which in my mind indicates we made a correct choice. However I have no doubt that the staff would address and service any problem we encounter.

I am also very please with the efficency of the spa as that was one of my concerns with purchased a tub, it is very low maintenance chemical wise, very well insulated and we have not seen a hugh increase in power bills, which I am very happy with.

THE ONLY REGRET I do not have is that we did not purchase the spa sooner as we use it almost every night.

Below are a few things to keep in mind, and some possible ideas for your review.

In the "Model / YEAR" field PLEASE do NOT list the BRAND of spa. Simply list the model and year of manufacture, such as, MODEL / year.

What accessories/options, beyond the "basic spa" does, your spa have?

Is there anything about your spa you don't like?

Is there anything you're sorry you left out?
Are there any features you now feel aren't necessary?
Have you encountered any problems, and if so, how were they resolved?
