Our family ( 2 adults/2 teens)purchased a Polar Spa 715 with optional Stereo/Starburst Lighting and Ozonator in January 2006. It is Midnight Opal with a natural Cedar cabinet enclosure and we could not be any happier. We live in northern Alberta so the low electricity usage was a prime concern. It has lived up to its expectations in that regard. The chemical maintenance has been simple with the ozonator and I have had zero problems with water issues. As we are first time tub owners I probably check it too often (every day) but with use of Lithium hock and minor PH adjustments the water remains crystal clear. The stereo and light are definitely a plus and having the entertainment built in is even more of a plus at minus 35. As it is late July now and the weather much warmer our usage has declined but over the winter and spring months a usage of 4 hours a day (every day)by family and friends was quite common. Any queries I have had since my purchase no matter how trivial or important including a warranty defect with the Kenwood stereo face plate have been promptly and courteously addressed by the staff at the Edmonton Polar Spa dealer. So the low electric bills, the easy maintenance and the relaxing times in the tub have been due to our selection of this particular brand of SPA. I would not hesitate to recomend them or consider them again if we were to ever consider another tub.
