Key Largo update

June 9,2006. Our dealer and the area representative for Outback / Hydrospas came to assess the volcano jets and waterfall. ( Our dealer has been out to our home before to check the spa). He was very pleasant and agreed that the volcano jet was not working properly and will have the replacement parts shipped next week. The waterfall is working properly, and only gives a gentle flow of water for "mood" effect only. We are very happy with the dealer and the representative, and our experience with Outback spas. Currently, I am dealing with a cloudy water issue.....my own fault as my pH level is too high. Charlene |
