After 18 months, the jets in our hot tub have disintegrated and keep falling out. I have closely monitored the ph and bromine levels and have had the water tested by Classic Pool and Spas in Canby. Other than the bromine level being high, I had just added some the day before, everything was OK. Sun West told me that it looked like chemical damage and I would have to purchase new jets, 37 of them at between $14 and $20. I have owned hot tubs for many years and have not followed the quality of my water as closely as I have followed it since we purchased this hot tub from Sun West. I have never had to replace a single jet that literaly disintegrated.

Below are a few things to keep in mind, and some possible ideas for your review.

In the "Model / YEAR" field PLEASE do NOT list the BRAND of spa. Simply list the model and year of manufacture, such as, MODEL / year.
