When searching for reviews on Sun Ray Spas I found only one and it was a negative review. While concerned I felt that the issue of delivery time was not a key consideration in purchasing. Having said that I would like to state that we ordered a spa from Sun Ray in Edmonton and made the purchase decision on January 4th, 2006 and were promised the spa (custom made) by February 28th, 2006. We have received our spa on February 10th. I was extremely pleased that we received our spa much earlier than the projected date and furthermore extremely pleased with the sales service (Darcy Kemp) and Delivery Service.

We had ordered a 30" wide wooden two step system that they had forgot to bring and build. They had a 60" wide step system in stock and provided that to us at no additional cost without hesitation.

I am extremely satsified with Sun Ray and the spa looks wonderful.

In the "Model / YEAR" field PLEASE do NOT list the BRAND of spa. Simply list the model and year of manufacture, such as, MODEL / year.
