We have been look for a spa for a couple of years, was told that the Sundance spa dealer would be fair and sqr. We got the Optima. Big enough for 3 with plenty of room. 10 days after delivery, got a call at night after all business have closed saying that I didn't qualify for their finance. After making several calls in 2 days Found out they offered me a finance plan they didn't have to offer, Per the Finance Company. Dealer didn't try to keep the original agreement on the purchase slip and kept blaming me on finance problems, "then employee marked it wrong on paper work", then back to me about my credit was bad, which it isn't. When I informed them I had contacted an attorney they threatened to have me in court for failure to pay and ruin my credit, with my credit being untarnish, I told them to take the tub back. I found out they had done that with at least 2 other people as well. Tub went back to dealer. Short time I had it, I didn't like the placement of the whirl pool jet by the water fall, seemed to hit in the side of my stomach, even after adjusting it, I'm not a fat guy either. The foot massage in the middle of the tub, I kept steping on it even when I was moving from seat to seat, causing me to loose my balance in the tub. The cover and lifter- didn't like the design of the hydrolic lift, seems as if the wind would catch it, then it would go bye, bye or put a lot of stress on the connection at the tub. I would not purchase another one from Sundance spa's, I would run from them!
