We purchased the Paradise spa from Home Depot in April 2004. The delivery people were quite careful and installation went fine. We have had a leak or leaks in it since day 1! We have gone through Icon's warranty sevice, which is Keys Backyard, and they have sent 3 different service people out in the past YEAR!!! They have made at least 10 service calls between them. None of them have fixed it. They now tell us they are sending out another service person. They told us that last week and we have not heard from anyone. Tomorrow morning I am calling Keys Backyard and raising some HELL! I will go to Icon and Home Depot and raise some HELL also! The warranty does say the can replace and they had better do it! Pathetic customer service is also I can say. Every time they were supposed to ship a part to a repairman, it was either incomplete or the wrong part and then we waited again for parts to be shipped to a repairman. Obsolutely ridiculous!! As for the hot tub itself, it works fine...good amount of jets, nice volcano jet, etc.; however, I will never buy this brand again. There is no telling how much water we have watied on this "lemon".
