I FOUND MY TUB TO BE TOUBLESOME,{POWER SHUT DOWNS,RADIO WIRED WRONG,CLOSEOUT CAR RADIO,DAMAGED REPLACE {3RD RADIO} BECAUSE IT IS NOT A MARINE RADIO!!!}SPA REMOTE WIRED WRONG, JET CAPS RECALLED, FALLING OFF, BREAKING, PILLOW FALLING OFF, PILLOWS FALLING APART. MISSING PARTS POOR QUALITY COVER}WHEN I NEED SERVICE THE DEALER NEEDS 4 OR 5 CALLS FIRST {ONCE IT TOOK ABOUT A YEAR,BUT THE SERVICE GUYS ARE GREAT AT FIXING MY TUB!! I EVEN HAD TO REWIRE THE STERO MY SELF. PDC TECH HELP ME BY MAILING ME THE DIAGRAM. THE DEALER SERVICE GUYS TOLD ME THAT THESE SPAS ARE JUNK. PDC IS GREAT AT DOING NOTHING. I TALK TO PDC MANY TIMES BUT THE REP SEEMS NOT TO CARE.I THINK THAT BECAUSE OF THE MANY PROBLEMS I HAD WITH THE SPAS. PDC TECH DEPARTMENT IS VERY HELPFUL. YOU MUST CALL AND CALL THE DEALER AND PDC TO GET HELP AMD THEN THEY POINT THE PROBLEM AT EACH OTHERS AND SOMETIMES YOU.WHILE THIS IS HAPPENING IF THE PROBLEM YOU ARE HAVING WARRANTY RUNS OUT YOU HAVE TO PAY . WHEN THE SPAS IS RUNNING I THINK ABOUT ALL THIS TROUBLE AND I STOP ENJOY THE TUB. AT FIRST BEFORE THE TROUBLES STARTED I LOVED THIS TUB . IF YOU BUY OR OWN ONE YOU NEED TO INSULATE IT MORE BECAUSE OF THE HIGH COST OF RUNNING IT. YOUR DEALER CAN HELP YOU WITH THIS. I AM NOT MENTIONING THE DEALERS NAME BECAUSE I STILL NEED TO DEAL WITH THEM AND DO NOT WANT WORSE SERVICE.
