Why did you decide to get a spa? Have a cabin up north would be nice to sit in in the winter Does your spa live up to all expectations? So far yes How long have you owned your spa? 5 months What accessories/options, beyond the "basic spa" does, your spa have? Steps, Cover lifter, Ozonator What do you like best? Sitting in the 5th seat with both pumps on high with the water swirling around me. Is there anything about your spa you don't like? Small jets pop out easily, socks on the intakes fall off, diverter valve handles fall off easy, filter cover "floats" in it's clips. What might you change if you had to "do it all over"? Not sure yet Is there anything you're sorry you left out? No stereo for a $1000.00 would have been a big waste of money. Never would have heard it over the pumps Are there any features you now feel aren't necessary? maybe the waterfall. I'm concerned the water in it's piping may freeze in the winter since even on mild days when it's first turned on the water temperature matches the air temp. Have you encountered any problems, and if so, how were they resolved? I'm going to fasten down the valve handles with some Stainless steel screws I'll try the duct tape on the filter cover. A jacuzzi dealer is 3 hours away from my cabin so I'm on my own.
