Why did you decide to get a spa? I have always wanted one! Now we finally own one. Does your spa live up to all expectations? Yes, it does. How long have you owned your spa? 2 weeks. What accessories/options, beyond the "basic spa" does, your spa have? It has a light that changes colors on it's own, which is really cool at night and a waterfall. What do you like best? The light is awesome at night and of course the jets, especially the back, shoulder and thigh jets. Is there anything about your spa you don't like? Nothing. What might you change if you had to "do it all over"? Possibly get a little bigger one. Is there anything you're sorry you left out? No. Are there any features you now feel aren't necessary? The waterfall. Have you encountered any problems, and if so, how were they resolved? Small problem with the cover, when the installed the cover butler they drilled in to make holes for the screws and didn't get rid of the metal shavings, which then scratched up the surface of the cover. They are replacing the cover for us as soon as they get more in. Hopefully, within the next week or two. Also, we were getting some vibration when we turned the main dial that turns one side of the spa jets on and off. The store told my husband what to tighten up and since then, it's been fine. We are located in Sterling Heights, Michigan and purchased our spa from Pools A Go Go. Our pool was purchased there about 20 years ago and is still going strong. This store stands behind their products and has great customer service. I would definitely recommend them. So far, we love our spa and don't regret our purchase.
