Dealer in Nj awful. Branch Brook company. Make you jump thru hoops to get service. Ozonator went bad 5 times in 2 years
Hot Springs grudgingly replaced it under warranty. Dealer service was so bad
they finally got rid of the dealer. This year spa developed an internal leak.
Equipment cabinet door is not sealed or screened and rodents like mice and chipmunks live under the spa. Hot springs says not covered by their warranty.
READ HOT SPRINGS OWNER MANUAL BEFORE YOU BUY. THEY DISCLAIM COVERAGE FOR ALMOST EVERYTHING. Spa difficult to start up, limiter switches keep cutting out. Equipment cabinet door held on with cheap screws and anchors which pull out of the wood , instead of a decent hinge design. I finally sold the spa to another dealer for parts. Would I buy a Hot Springs spa again? NO WAY!

  • Have you encountered any problems, and if so, how were they resolved?
