After weeks of looking at differant spas, reading forums, and surfing the net, I decided to go with the Boca. The only thing I came close to was the Vista from Hot Springs which was 4k more!. I love this tub, total price about 5k, hold 6 easy, 57 adjustable jets, waterfall (eh), 2-5 hp water pumps, air pump, a lounger you can actually lounge in, aromatherapy, 24/7 phone support (read below)and best of all no chemicals!. OK now the fun part, I called my sales rep (distributor) on Tuesday and he delivered the next day and even put it on my back deck for me for free. So I start filling the tub at 18 degress outside temp and I run out of water. Now what do I do, I call tech support and after about a 30 secound hold time, the rep tells me to go get a small space heater and stick it in the case to keep the pumps from freezing (duh) until I get my water back. Finally i get all 480 galons of water in it so I flip the 60 amp GFCI breaker and it pops...Great, 11:30 at night, 10 degrees out, full tub, and i can't turn it on. I call tech support again, out in the dark with a flashlight and a portable phone the tech guys says I must have the neutral wire connected wrong in my box. Common problem he says. As we go over all the connections together I finally noticed that the white common that is supposed to go to the tub is connected to the neutral bar and not to the hidden (on the bottom of the breaker that you cant really see) terminal on the breaker! I switch the wire and BINGO she fires up. Can you call Hot Springs support at 11:30 pm????
