Why did you decide to get a spa? Purchased USED from previous owner for $3000. Does your spa live up to all expectations? Exceeded. Originally we didn't think we would use it as much as we do. We love it and use it almost every day now in the winter! How long have you owned your spa? Two months. What accessories/options, beyond the "basic spa" does, your spa have? Ozonator, cover lift, LED light, tons of chemicals :) What do you like best? Sitting quietly in the hot water, without even using any of the 'extras'. Is there anything about your spa you don't like? Confusing information on chemical treatments. Baseline concentrations are readily available, but when to test for what, and what order to adjust what in, is very confusing. Worst is the information on what 'system' to use. I.e., if you use Br, what do you shock with?? No CONSISTENT information available. What might you change if you had to "do it all over"? Hmmm....nothing really. Love the whole setup. If I was the original owner, I would have worked on spa placement, that's about it. Is there anything you're sorry you left out? Nope. Are there any features you now feel aren't necessary? Not a huge fan of air blowers that simply draw in cold, outside air and make a huge racket (the bubbling itself, not the spa motors). Have you encountered any problems, and if so, how were they resolved? None whatsoever surprisingly.
