We shopped around at about 6 or 7 different Spa Dealers. We read about the Spa in the Sun and ask about the promotion. We drove an hour to look at these. When we arrived the customer service was outstanding. We sat in all the spas and we impressed with model 811. We were told they would try and rush the tub in 3 or 4 weeks. This did not happen and it took 10 weeks. We have recieved and been in twice.(after several other problems, Anyway it is a great tub, we were told it came with a forever floor, which it did not. And we cannot get it to switch from standard to economy mode, it stays in economy.We are hoping to get some satisfaction from the dealer. We will see.
