I purchased a spa because I work on my feet all day, with the accompanying aches and pains. I also have a slight case of carpal tunnel, so I wanted to try to relieve some of the pain.
The spa lives up to all my expectations. I have had the spa for 7 months now.
My spa has 1 lounger and 2 sport seats. All the seats have neck jets, which I love. Two of the seats have wrist jets, which are great for my hands.
I tend to go through a cycle, spending time in each seat during my soak.
If I had it to do all over, I probably would suck it up and go for the Sarena Bay model. I also wish I had a covered approach to the spa in the winter. I don't want to cover the top of the spa, I enjoy looking out at the stars, but I don't like to deal with shoveling the snow off the path to the spa!

I have not encountered any problems with my spa.
