In Response To: Coast Spas (-)

Q:Why did you decide to get a spa?
A:Several of my neighbors have tubs. It seemed to be an enjoyable activty, but without having my own, I felt like I was imposing.

Q:Does my spa live up?
A:Absolutly! People said I'd regret all the bells & whistles - I don't. People said I'd use it at first then quit - I haven't. People said Coast had terrible customer service. Although I have not dealt with Corporate, my sale rep is rock solid!

Q:How long have I owned my spa?
A: About one year now.

Q:What accessories?
A: everthing but a TV - fiber optic lighting, sterio, towel warmer, O3....

Q:What do I like best?
A:A light snow or a full moon. LOL

Q:Is there anything I don't like?
A:I should have held out for the television.

Q:Are there any features that I feel are not now necessary?
A:I've never used the towel warmer.

Q:Have I encountered any problems?
A:A fiber light in one of the larger jets broke and the tub leaked a little. My sales guy was all over it within a day. I think one of my diverter valves either draws a little air, or, more than likely cavitates.
