This spa has been nothing but problems from day one. I have owned it for just over a year and we have had to many problems to list them all. They range from the fiber optics not working correctly, jets falling apart, valve handles falling apart, numerous leaks, and so on. We purchased it from F.I.M. They have the worst service department I have ever seen. They send out untrained techs who have no idea what they are doing, that is if anyone comes at all. After having all of these problems, after 13 months, they are now trying to charge a service call fee to repair yet another leak. Dynasty has been somewhat helpful in resolving some of the issues, but in my opinion, DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM F.I.M. and DO NOT BUY A DYNASTY SPA!
