Why did you decide to get a spa?
Does your spa live up to all expectations?
How long have you owned your spa?
What accessories/options, beyond the "basic spa" does, your spa have?
What do you like best?
Is there anything about your spa you don't like?
What might you change if you had to "do it all over"?
Is there anything you're sorry you left out?
Are there any features you now feel aren't necessary?
Have you encountered any problems, and if so, how were they resolved? About a month after I got the spa, I discovered it was leaking about an inch of water a day. (Had a constant puddle in front)Called dealer for about 5 days before I got a call back. Set up an appointment for a few days later, and they came out, took off the panels and disconnected my cover lifter, poked around and said "yup you have a leak, but we don't know where from and I don't have my proble with me to poke the foam and find out where its coming from. Need to get a crew out here to lift it up on blocks to try and find the leak". We can probably come back out early next week (This was a Friday Labor Day weekend) Meanwhile, while the Jacuzzi tech was there, I asked him about some water chemistry problems I was having w/Baqua Spa (which the dealer recommended when I bought the tub no less)He proceeded to tell me that under no circumstances should I be using it, Jacuzzi will void parts of the warranty for using it. So I said OK I wanted to switch to N2 anyway. So he told me it would be helpful if I could have the tub drained for when he came out. Said OK fine. Another week and a half passes and after numerous messages left at the dealer get an appointment for them to come out and put the tub up on blocks. They never showed up, never called , nothing. I called the dealer quite irate, he called back and said he didn't know what happened, why they didn't show up they will be there 2 days later. Well 2 days later, 2 guys show up - not the 4 needed to lift it up, and the guy tells me he can't do anything because its empty. I said you told me to empty it, he said I know but I need water in it to probe the foam, so I put the hose in to fill it and I took all the screws off the cabinet and disconnected the cover lifter (just left them laying all over the place). I'll try to come back this weekend. But just keep using it. By this time I am livid - its now 5 weeks since I first called and I've had the tub less than 2 months. I called Jacuzzi Corporate and told them I did not want the tub if this was the only dealer in my area - they are going to make a call and get back to me. Never heard from them again.Tech shows up the next day though with his probe and finds the jet that is leaking. Says he has to order the jet, replace the jet and refoam. Well another 2 weeks passes, and finally he comes out and replaces the jet, but does not refoam - he wants to make sure the leak is fixed first. That was last week - I'm still waiting for him to come back and refoam. Its been 2 months since I first called. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY A JACUZZI SINCE THIS DEALER IS THE ONLY ONE IN A 200 MILE RADIUS HERE IN NJ. (HE has 3 locations)
