This spa has not worked in the 2 years since install. It did not work the very first day it was installed. They have problems with heat. If the outside temperature exceeds about 95 to 100 degrees the control circuit will not work. They have been out numerous times and not been able to resolve the problem. I have heard from more than one person their that this is normal (a fact they did not disclose before I purchased). After several attemps and mistakes in trying to resolve this issue, I was informed that a pack rat had chewed through the control cable. This happened because the spa was improperly installed and they were able to dig up from underneath. Sedona spas sent me a bill to replace the wire. The spa quit working again the next day. I hired someone to pull the spa to seal the bottom and they found that the reason it had failed again was from the wire being cut from the weight of the spa, as the wire was pinched under the lip of the spa.
