I purchased the Image Spa through the Home Depot/Image website. I was upgraded to the 739 because they were out of the model I wanted. That was a very nice touch. I've had the spa for about a year and use it at least 3 times per week. Plus I have a 4, 9, & 11 year old who use it 3 times a day, just to play. So far my opinion is this, you get what you pay for. It is not the best tub on the market but it gets warm and moves the water around. It is a little tough to get work done, I've had only one problem with the control panel and it takes a while to get them on the phone and get a tech out to replace it. Just need a little patience. The other thing you need to know is that they will expect you to fix minor problems. They will not send a tech for basic fixes, but so far I've had no problems when they are on the phone. I think I would upgrade next time, but not because I'm not satisfied, I just want a better spa. Nicer jets, seating postions, you know the bells and whistles you do not get with Image. First time spa, good purchase. Who knows I have a neighbor who has one and never uses it. We get a lot of use out of ours and I think I would just want a little better quality next time. My folks have a Sundance and when they have problems the service guy is at the house 10 minutes later. Again, you get what you pay for. Want the benz, then pay for it. Good luck, I know there is too much to choose from out there.
