I searched high & low for a spa with lots of power, lots of jets, size and price/cost of operation as primary factors. I found my perfect spa for a great price with 72 jets, power therapy motors (a 5hp, a 4 & 1.5 for air) including a unique lounge seat, small enough to fit on my 8' deck and costs me less than $25 a month(less in the summer)to run. Comparable spas I looked at were literally thousands more for the same features. We have had the spa for a year and had one problem when we first got it with the control panel but the sales person we got it from came out immediately (on a Sunday) and replaced the part-even though I think I had just programed it wrong! We like to run it cooler in the summer so after we work in the yard or come in from the road hot we jump in to cool off. I can't say anything negative about the spa and wouldn't have ordered it any differently. Oh and my wife's upper back neck problems have been helped dramatically by the spa.
