In Response To: Superior Spas (-)

After visiting at least 5 hot tub stores and looking at and/or testing over 10 different brands, the Superior Hot Tub was by the the best hot tub for what we paid. It is well constructed and uses a minimal amount of electricity. The service on it has been outstanding and we even had a person from the factory call use to answer a question the saleperson couldn't. I could not be happier.

Below are a few things to keep in mind, and some possible ideas for your review.

  • In the "Model / YEAR" field PLEASE do NOT list the BRAND of spa. Simply list the model and year of manufacture, such as, MODEL / year.

  • Please enter a valid email address. No one but us will see it, and we may want to contact you for a "follow up".

  • Why did you decide to get a spa?

  • Does your spa live up to all expectations?

  • How long have you owned your spa?

  • What accessories/options, beyond the "basic spa" does, your spa have?

  • What do you like best?

  • Is there anything about your spa you don't like?

  • What might you change if you had to "do it all over"?

  • Is there anything you're sorry you left out?

  • Are there any features you now feel aren't necessary?

  • Have you encountered any problems, and if so, how were they resolved?
