We had our Envoy delivered in June of 2004. The pre-delivery instructions from HS website is worth downloading and was a great help in setting up the site prior to the tub delivery. We had to order our spa because of color choice and was told it would be 3 weeks, the dealer called a few days into the 3rd week to tell us it was in and to setup a delivert time. HS supplies a subpanel with the unit and we were given ours the day we ordered, giving us plenty of time to install the conduit and pour the cement slab. Delivery went well, plenty of people to position the unit just where we wanted it. We were given a gift basket of all the chemicals to get the unit up and running for the first few months. Electrical hookup a snap and within 2 hours the tub was full and heating. The Envoy is a high performance spa, and not for the folks who just want to sit in hot water. Be prepared to be massaged and stimulated, there are plenty of quite options also so don't let my statement throw you. The depth of the spa is good compared to others looked at that were quite shallow. Controls work good the filtering system supplied with this model has a total of 5 filters and the dishwashing option is great. We have well water and didn't realize how much material these filters capture. So far I am very happy with our Envoy and would recommed it to anyone looking for a performance spa.
