Broke within the 1st year. We were told to pull off panels to perform certain diagnostics - even told us to open a panel that didn't need to be opened. The "help line" was rude and after several call backs between performing the diagnostics, we were told we would pay the travel charges to have someone come out and look at the tub. They couldn't even tell us how much the travel charges would be. They're also shipping parts to us to fix the problem - but no one has been out to assess the problem so I don't know how they even know what parts to send - they're just guessing. This is a complete nightmare, do yourself a favor and buy a different brand!
