The spa arrived and the waterfall unit didn't work. It wasn't even one week old. I called tech support twice ( no toll free number )The first "tech" told me it might be a pinched hose. He wanted me to take off panels to look for it. I requested a service call, I was denied. I called again the next day another "tech" told me it was the knob. He would send me a new one but I would have to put it in. I told him the tub was under warrantee and that a service person should be sent to fix it. Again no service call but when the part came in I could give them a call and they would walk me thru it. Again a toll call from Vermont to Florida. I hope we did not make a mistake buying this brand of spa after reading some of the reviews. I feel they totally tried to avoid serviceing this brand new spa.
