I have had the Essence since 6/1/05. Starting 6/10/05 I have had the following problems/errors:
1. 3 power boards replaced
2. 3 lighting board replaced
3. Heat sensor replaced
4. Lower sensor replaced
5. Extra ground added (because I was told the errors were because of "noise" on my power supply line)
6. Right speaker no longer works

Now, I have been told that there has been a redesign on the lighting board and have to wait until next week until it arrives but this part was supposed to be replaced on 5/15/08. Today's date is 7/10/08. I have been dealing with these problems for 3 years. What happens when the warranty runs out?? I have yet to find out because my dealer says we have to keep trying to fix it before we can do anything further (i.e. replacement etc.) How much longer do I have to be their guinea pig while they figure out their engineering/design flaws? I spent a lot of $$ for a spa that I have to babysit and find others to babysit in case the error code shuts my tub off as I live in Michigan. Not a good thing when you have blowing snow and the temperature is hovering around zero degrees. I will NEVER recommend a Vita Spa or my dealer Mark One in Hemlock, MI to anyone! (They are the only Vita Spa dealer in Michigan) This spa is the biggest lemon and waste of $$ I have ever spent!!!! Future Buyers beware!
