To Whom it May Concern:

I purchased my Viking Supreme Spa., in August, 2003. $3359.00, from Aurora Pool and Spa., 6521 Central Ave. Pike, Knoxville, Tennessee 37912

Since that time, I have had nothing but trouble with it.

1. Jets came loose from wall of tub. (3)Replaced $150.00

2. Replaced top 2005 $300.00

3. Repaired leaks $75.00

4. Replaced wet area impellor and seals $210.00

5. Replaced internal connector block(Power supply) $75.00

6. Top needs to be replaced once again $300.00

All this, and I'm sure more if I made an exhaustive search of my records.

Now, my wife and I are retired and on only Social Security and a small pension income and when we need it most , It cannot be used because a technician says that the "Brain Box" needs to be replaced. It runs until it reaches the set temperature and cuts off and won't come back on.
