Great Lakes Spa in Michigan

In Response To: Great Lakes Spas (-)

I purchased the most expensive Great Lakes Spa that seats seven people two years ago. Please take my advise and do not waste your time and money on any of Great Lakes products. They will not stand behind their products. August 2007, three cracks started in the tub, four jets have cracked and fell out with the ball bearings and the $500.00 I paid for the radio will not work. Great Lakes said they would not replace the tub but they would repair the tub. The repairman come today (June 2008)to repair the tub. It looks like he put blue bubble gum in the cracks. It looks so bad. It is not smooth and looks like he just 'gobbed it in the cracks'. We have not been able to use the tub since August of 2007. The dealer I bought the tub from has also had a hard time getting in touch with Great Lakes. My jets and radio is still not fixed.

I only wish I could have read an email someone had posted about Great Lakes Spa before I lost my money.
