Beware, you are pretty much on your own if something goes wrong with your spa. The warranty department wants you to do a diagnostic over the phone before they send out a technician. Then after 4 weeks of that you may have to pay up to $85/hr travel time because they have failed to secure a contract with a service provider in your area. Seven weeks later and a $135.00 travel bill and finally someone came out and pulled a lever to open a valve. Took all of 2 minutes.....Beware....Beware....Beware ----- Or better yet buy something locally.
