Spa developed a leak during warranty coverage. After 6 months of runaround, Keys Backyard sent a representative to retrieve the spa leaving a receipt for a replacement. After over a year of efforts on our part we still have not received a spa. They essentially stole our broken spa. Not a company to do business with, unless you enjoy leasing spas at "rent-to-own" prices. Horrible.
