We got this tub a little over 6 years ago.. and all was great.. until this week.. the water level rapidly gets lower about an inch a day. I had one service man come who took a look at tthe outside for leaks.. and saw none.. once he realized it was from the inside(pumps, etc.) he said he did not have the time to look further. We called the dealer, who sent us a plumber, who informed us that we have 2 definate leaks in the pipes, maybe more, but he would have to cut through the insulation, and that for the coast of all the repair, we should get a new one.. I was shocked. We have taken extremely good care of this machinery, and had hoped to get a long life out of this major investment. I am not sure I would buy this brand again, but not sure what to do now..
