One word describes this product-JUNK! In the 2 years I have owned this spa, I have had the control panel go out, 2 pumps replaced and the main wiring harness burn up. Run from this company, they are very rude and blame the customer for their lousy manufacturing, I can say that the dealer I bought this lemon from has tried to fix this piece of crap, but things still keep going wrong. when the warranty is up, this thing is gone, I would not waste one cent fixing it, They got me for $5000.00 and that is it.
