I am please to say this company has delivered far beyond my expectations to both product and customer satisfaction. Buying a Thermospa without touching it or seeing it in operation is a difficult decision, especially due to the high cost. I was impressed with the Jet action of the tub, as well as quiet operation. This tub has 7 pumps. Even with them all on, you can carry on a normal conversation with a person sitting on the other side. Each seat is individually controlled, so someone can get a great massage, while another is sitting in calm water. I like the LED lighting, which is great looking when observing the water coming out of the pillow jet. This tub is excellent in operation, with over 160 jets, a great workout, and many different seating and massage options at each seat.

I would recommend this product to anyone seeking a high quality tub.

The only drawback, is that this is not a turnkey tub, buyer needs to be involved to fill, balance and make sure electrical connect is made. The buyer also needs to check all pump connections to see if any had loosened during shipment.

Everyone I have had contact with at Thermospa has been helpful and professional in answering questions or resolving issues.
