We wanted spa because we are golfers and we live in the desert...two very good reasons. Our spa has 40 jets and is very roomy. What I like best is the power of the jets...I wanted power and I got it. We also have a radio/cd player.

Three things I really really do not like:
radio/cd player is hard to hear when jets are going...not sure how to fix that
the spa is situated near our bedroom and the filtration system is too loud and wakes me up at night even with doors closed...
Finally and one that should be easy to fix is that every time I empty the spa I have to remove the entire outer faux redwood front to access hose bib...lots of screws and panels. It should be done every 6 months or so and I would think an engineer could come up with more of a 'latch' type closing system for the outer front to make this easier.

Early on we had a few problems and our dealer was great about resolutions. We have none now, it is just time to refill and I am frustrated with my third thing I don't like...having to take the entire front off to get to the hose bib.

What would I do differently? Place it farther from my bedroom, not get the radio/cd system, but overall I love the spa...oh, wish it could be saltwater.
