I purchased this spa and had it installed around the first of March this year. Initial probems I found were the light didn't work and still doesn't, and one of the jets did not work. I pulled the jet and found a plastic cap like you would cut off the end of a tube of chaulk or silicone in the line blocking it. Less than 4 months later I discovered fine spider web like cracks in two places in the shell. I notified the company and was instructed to send digital pictures which I did. That was over 3 weeks ago, I have made repeated phone calls to their service company, talked to several people and have been promised a new tub, and would be notified when it was to be shipped. However, this has not happened, and everytime i call, either the previous contact has been fired, or has quit and my problem has just been left to sit unattended and unsolved. It makes me seriously wonder about the credibility of the company. They certainly are not living up to their advertising brocheers and in the mean time i have a defective tub.
