I have had this spa for 5 months and I think it has fatal flaws. I do not recommend it at all.It was supposed to be new but the first time I filled it up it had a large quantity of sand in it.I have not been able to get it out. The filters do not catch it, and draining it does not get it out. I have drained it 4 times and vacuumed with a wet/dry several times and it keeps coming up. Pieces of something keep getting caught in the fountain and blocking that. The main control unit went out at 3 months. The dealer fixed it. The brackets for the neck jet pillows broke off. These were re glued but it ain't pretty. Literature claims they have one 2 speed pump- it is a lie. Even if there were no other flaws the complete failure of the filter system and drainage system to clear the spa is sufficient to not recommend this. I have spent the last 24 hours draining and vacuuming the particles. Maybe the fifth time will be a charm.
