I had this spa delivered jan 2004 since then it has been nothing but a headache and after 3 yrs I feel totally screwed by L.A. Spas and there dealer Wise pool and spa in Walorf,MD I dont know how much space this will take but heres everything so far...

1. Spa package was recalled hooked up the new one wrong had to come back and fix
2. Volcano jet
3.Oscalating motor relaced
4.Vapor lock had to redo some plumbing
5. Cedar cabinet totally relace with defective plastic one that I had to do myself because the dealer said he wasnt talented enough to do it himself
6.2 maifolds had to be completely replaced for leaks ripped out most of the insulation to do that
7.Dislay light replaced shorted out.
8.The thing has had various leaks that ive had to fix it was just to much of a pain to call the dealer

At this writing I have 6 jets that are worn out and need to be replaced and 1 diverter valve that doesnt work and 2 diverter valves levers that are broke and it still leaks.Ive talked to big cheeses from L.A Spas and they blame the dealer the dealer blames LA spas I would stay as far away from Mike Wise of Wise Pool and spas and please dont buy an LA Spa of any model I just wont let those idiots work on this spa ever again.The only good thing abot this spa is the filters are cloth and you can throw them in the washing machine other than that let this be a lesson learned...Crying for life that I made such a BAD PURCHASE
