Why did you decide to get a spa?
We have had our tub for a few years and we still enjoy it! We wet tested many brands and discovered a big difference in them. The Sundance brand was head and shoulders above everyone else. We decided on this model due to the size and the power of the jets. The amount of power that is in the big therapy seat is very strong. We also researched the local companies. We live in St. Louis and found that the local dealer (Mirage Spa)had a good reputation and they had been around for a long time. I have 4 neighbors that have a tub from Mirage and were very happy with their service. We needed a tub for my husband's back, my stress, my son's chronic sinus infections and for family time.
Does your spa live up to all expectations?
Yes it did and it even surprised me. I have headaches and a few other health issues. Whenever I feel bad I get into the hot tub and it helps. I know they told me it would but I was not sure.....great surprise to feel so much better after getting out of the hot tub. I like to go get a massage but they are not usually open when I am off work so this is a perfect way to have a home massage therapist.

What accessories/options, beyond the "basic spa" does, your spa have?
It has a stereo and ozone. It was pricey but very worth the investment.
What do you like best?
The way the big therapy seats massages my back. It has been an eye opening experience to feel so much better after being in the tub. I now will always own a hot tub because it helps so much.
Is there anything about your spa you don't like? I would like a bigger one!
What might you change if you had to "do it all over"? Get a larger tub.

Have you encountered any problems, and if so, how were they resolved? Water chemistry is a little harder than I thought but they had a class that the owner teaches and it helped. I bring in my water for testing every so often to see how I am doing (its free) and they help me figure it out.
