I have had this Spa up and running since July 2006. This Spa is a good value for the money. I had minor problems at installation that Hydro spa took care of: 1. Headrest snaps broke on three of them(they replaced) 2. one stereo speaker not working properly,(they replaced). The electric bill is not $1 dollar a day to operate. In Standard mode (it keeps the temperature at your desired temperature all the time) it cost anywhere from $100 to $120 a month. In Economy mode (it heats the spa to your desired temperature twice a day- every twelve hours) it cost about $60 to $100 a month. In Sleep mode (heater only turns on and heats the water to 20 degrees below your set temperature) it costs $30 to $50 a month. Keep in mind I live in Southern California and it is not that cold in the winter. Pumps are a little loud, but I put insulation in the cabinet and now it is very quite. Stereo sound is excellent, not made to turn up very loud, but definetaly loud enough. Excellent to just use as an outside stereo while in the yard. I have had a great experience so far with this spa and everything is working just fine. Also, I don't use chemicals in the spa, I use Spa Magic. (spamagicusa.com)
