As an update to our complaint of 8-19-06, we would like to let prospective buyers know that we have received improved service from our dealer, Diamond Coast Spa, located in Las Vegas.

For the past eight months we have had multiple repairable problems with our spa, and the dealer has been responding to our calls and repairs. In fact, they have scheduled another house call this week. We certainly hope this will be the last of the repairs.

We had a good experience when we bought the spa at the Home Show in Vegas. The owner convinced us that we would have good service, and we would love our spa. Even though it started out rough, they have convinced us that we are important to them, and they want to do right by us. They are right, we do love our spa!

Would we purchase a new spa from them in the future? Would we recommend them to friends? Yes!

  • In the "Model / YEAR" field PLEASE do NOT list the BRAND of spa. Simply list the model and year of manufacture, such as, MODEL / year.

  • What accessories/options, beyond the "basic spa" does, your spa have?

  • Are there any features you now feel aren't necessary?

  • Have you encountered any problems, and if so, how were they resolved?
