I have had my spa now for almost 5 years and have no major complaints. After reading many of the reviews I am even more thankful for my dealer as they have been wonderful to work with. I have only had one major problem, I noticed that the power to the jets was surging, comes to find out that the water diverter valve had broken, I will say that even after the serviceman called the manufacturer that they burned up 2 pumps in trying to find the problem. I have loved the spa and the nature 2 water system has been wonderful. I am actually getting ready to trade in the tub for a new envoy spa and hope that it is as good as the first! As far as the radio option, like a lot of others we bought a radio for outside and have never used it.
