I have had my Gulf Coast Spa LX7000 for 4 months now and I have had no problems. It's been a great tub so far! I use it just about every day, sometimes twice a day. Customer support has been great answering all of my questions and for ordering supplies/chemicals. This is my second hot tub (The first was a Sundance Cameo). The price was great and priced where a hot tub SHOULD be priced! The water fall is pretty useless but they are useless on all tubs in my opinion. The lounge seat is great. I'm 6'3" 250 lbs and fit fine in it. I like that this tub is not a full-blown insulated tub, however, I am a little concerned about how much this will cost to run this winter as it barely has any insulation, unlike my last tub that was full-blown insulation. I am not a fan of full-blown insulation because the repairman for my last tub had to rip a lot of it out to fix the problems it had over time plus mice love it! The mice got into it and ate wires, chewed out insulation and even made a nest INSIDE the light! This LX7000 seems to be pretty tight so I don't think mice can get into it. Plus it has a full bottom shell which my last tub was open. I may do a follow up review next year but so far I am extremely happy with this tub and company.
